The Farm Breakfast

Start your day by enjoying a naturally nourishing, fresh farm breakfast.


A few Radishes, cut lengthwise in half

1-2 Potatoes, cubed

1-2 Garlic cloves, minced

A handful of leafy greens, Kale/Collard/Chard, chopped

Chives or Green Onions, chopped

3 Eggs



Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic and green onion on medium heat until soft, 2 minutes.

Add potatoes and radishes and sauté 3 more minutes until potatoes begin to soften.

Add leafy greens and sauté 2 more minutes until they begin to wilt.

Cook eggs to your liking and serve alongside vegetables, topped with chives and green onion greens, salt and pepper to taste.
