Kale & Apple Salad

A satiating salad with a sweet crunch for lunch and group gatherings.



1 lb Kale, chopped

2 Apples, sliced or chopped

1/2 cup Almonds, chopped

1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

Dried Fruit (Raisins, Cranberries, etc)



1/4 Olive Oil

4 tablespoons Balsamic or Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoons course grain mustard or dijon 



Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix dressing in separate bowl or bottle till emulsified.

Dress salad to your liking and enjoy.
